Average Timeline of Deliverables?
Most requests are delivered in 1 to 2 business days. Larger projects like websites or full brand kits are broken into parts, with updates delivered every 1 to 2 business days. The clearer your request, the faster we can deliver.
Do You Offer One-Time Projects?
Yes. If a subscription isn’t the right fit, we offer a la carte pricing for individual projects. Contact us for a quote.
What Tools & Platforms Are Used?
Designs are created in Adobe Creative Suite, and websites are built in WordPress so you can manage your site yourself or keep us on for ongoing support. For social media and ad reporting, we predominately work with Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What If I Don't Like The Design?
Revisions are always included. We’ll keep refining until you’re completely satisfied. We put your needs first!
Anything You Do Not Offer?
We don’t offer mobile app design, 3D or animation, motion graphics or video editing, or work that conflicts with Helpmate’s values. Not sure if your project fits? Feel free to send us a message!
Subscription Refunds?
If HelpMate’s isn’t the right fit within your first 7 days, you’ll receive 75% of your subscription payment back. Refunds aren’t available after the 7-day window. (Refunds only available for subscriptions)
