Each billing cycle runs on a 31-day basis. If you’ve used 21 days and hit pause, you’ll have 10 days banked to use whenever you're ready. No stress, no waste.

Most requests are completed in just 1–2 business days. More complex projects, like full brand identities or multi-page websites, may take a bit longer—but we’ll keep communication clear every step of the way. Note: timelines depend on clear direction and all necessary content, so the more prepared your request, the faster I can bring it to life!
Once you subscribe, you’ll be added to your own private Trello board. That’s where you’ll request designs, track progress, and communicate directly with me. You’ll also receive a quick-start guide right on the board so everything’s simple from day one.

Here’s how it works: Let’s say you use the service for 20 days, then decide to pause. That means you’ll still have 11 days of design time left—available to use anytime in the future.
That’s totally fine. You can subscribe, submit your request, and then pause your plan. Your remaining days will be waiting whenever you're ready to return—no time wasted.
Larger projects like website design or full brand kits are broken into parts. You’ll still receive steady progress every 1–2 business days until the full project is complete.
All designs are created using Adobe Creative Suite, and websites are built using Wordpress. This gives you full creative flexibility with tools that are powerful and easy to maintain so you can run your website without me. (I am here however, if you wanted continued support)
I’ve worked in several platforms, and am willing to do so case by case. However, my platform of choice is WordPress + Breakdance. It’s flexible, intuitive for clients, and ideal for ongoing growth. If you're unsure which platform fits your needs, I’m happy to help guide the decision.
You can request designs however works best for you—via Trello, Google Docs, Wireframes, Loom videos, or even a quick sketch. As long as I can see or hear the vision, I can bring it to life. To keep things efficient and focused on delivering great work, I don’t offer regular client meetings—but if something urgent comes up, I’m happy to hop on a quick call when needed.

If you try HelpMate and find it’s not the right fit within the first 7 days, you’ll receive 75% of your payment back—no questions asked. However, refunds aren’t available once work has been completed or after that initial trial window.
